Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Confirmation 

On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
 
Where is my order confirmation?
 
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from info@moderncandleco.com.au.
Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.

 

Free Shipping Promotion

Modern Candle Co is currently offering Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 to all Australian addresses. This offer is not applicable on end of financial year sales or any other sales.

Terms and conditions of the offer:

  • this offer includes Standard Shipping only, and does not include Express Shipping;
  • your order value must exceed $150 after discounts are applied, and also excludes shipping costs;
  • excludes corporate orders;
  • your delivery address must be located within Australia; and
  • this offer is ongoing and is subject to change or may be withdrawn at any time;

Australia

All goods are dispatched from or Gold Coast warehouse and are delivered by Australia Post or Sendle.

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Please note it can take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. Please note that we rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended.

Modern Candle Co cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post or Sendle network.

For Australian standard deliveries, please see below shipping charges:

  • $12.95 postage and handling within Australia
  • FREE delivery on orders over $150 (excludes shipping costs, corporate orders and express post)

Please note that some rural locations may take slightly longer. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post or Sendle with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact Australia Post or Sendle for any inquiries about your order, as once this leaves our Online store, it is in the hands of Australia Post or Sendle.

We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.
